Belgrade, Serbia, regional orienteering meeting point in March 2011

From 4^th to 6^th March 2011 Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, will host  two regional orienteering meetings:

7^th meeting of South East European Orienteering working group and

1^st meeting of the Council Board of Mediterranean Orienteering Confederation

Concerning our working group, invitations and preliminary agenda where send today to everybody.

This will be next opportunity for our fruit full meetings and expansive agenda for the benefit of our sport in the region.

Some of the important issues are already in the agenda such as:

-New members

-Reports from recent activities

-Nominations for SEEOC 2013

-Decision about host for SEEOWG spring meeting in 2012

-Main principles of SEEOWG work in future

-Planing of development activities in 2012

-Further evaluation of other Championship events and format

For success of this meeting, your contribution is very important. We are ready to include your ideas. Send your proposals, materials and other initiatives for  agenda till 20^th January 2011.

Entries for the participation should be sent until 17^th February 2011 at the latest.
