From 7 to 11 September in picturesque town Krusevo in Macedonia was held first South East European Orienteering Championships where took part more the 300 competitors from 11 countries (Italy, Cyprus, Greece, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Turkey, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Croatia and Macedonia), as well as some competitors in parallel open events. Organisers done it very good job, and the event was at high level as well as the results. Three races were also count for World Ranking points. In National team standing the best are: 1st place Bulgaria 2751 points, 2nd place Romania 2107 points, 3rd place Moldova 1938 points, 4th place Turkey 1824 points, 5th place Serbia 1682 points, etc.

During the Championships it was hold also meeting of SEEOWG, where amongs other issues made decisions about organisers for SEEOC in 2013-Romania and SEEOC 2014-Serbia. We also decided to include SKI o events in our Calender from 2012.
As you already know, second SEEOC will be held in Bursa, Turkey, from 5-9 September 2012 (more about at www.seeoc2012bursa.com ). The news are that starting from Bursa 2012 we will organise SEEOC for Masters as well.
